Skills & Tricks Acquisition

I have, historically, found myself greatly lacking in physical ability
and motor-skill coordination. Conversely, I've usually had a great aptitude
for memorization. My goals are to acquire skills in the former and practically
strengthen the latter.
Current Goals:
- Be able to yo-yo ten times consecutively using basic throws.
- Learn to juggle two balls for at least five minutes.
- Learn to freestyle footbag for at least thirty seconds.
- Memorize all POTUS along with the following trivia: relevant dates; campaign slogans; heights; opponents.
- Memorize all US states and territories with the following trivia: relevant dates; state motto; state animal; state bird.
- Memorize four poems.
